This Privacy Policy describes how FiBudget ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application.

Your data is stored securely. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Financial data is stored locally on your device. If you enable the backup feature, your data is saved to the hidden "App Data" folder of your own Google Drive account. This folder is only accessible by FiBudget, is not visible in your general Drive file list, and is not accessible to other apps or to us. Your profile information (name, email, avatar, phone number) is stored only on your device and is never included in the Drive backup.

FiBudget's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
These services may collect information used to identify you according to their own privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.
The free version of FiBudget is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banners or other formats inside the app and are clearly distinguishable from app content. Depending on your region and settings, ads may be personalized based on your interests or non-personalized (contextual).
You can control ad personalization in the following ways:
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, as required by applicable law, and you may withdraw or change your choice at any time. Users in certain U.S. states may also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising; the device-level controls above allow you to exercise this right.
FiBudget is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown in the app are not targeted to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can use the "Reset Data" feature within the app settings (Settings > Security > Reset Data) to remove your personal profile and financial records from your device. If you are online and signed in, the app will also attempt to delete your backups from your Google Drive App Data folder. You can also manually delete individual backups via the Backup & Restore settings.
To request a full account deletion or removal of data from our records (such as support emails), please contact us at contact.fibudget@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Note that aggregated, anonymized analytics data already collected via Firebase may be retained as it cannot be tied back to you individually. Data collected by Google AdMob is held by Google under its own privacy policy; you can reset your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings.
Important: Resetting your data or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled in Google Play > Subscriptions. Purchase and transaction records held by Google Play are retained by Google under its own policies and legal/tax obligations.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

By downloading or using FiBudget, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Permission is granted to download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
The app is provided "as is". FiBudget makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall FiBudget be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
FiBudget is a tool for tracking personal finances and does not provide professional financial, investment, or legal advice.
The free version of FiBudget displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to the display of such ads. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for the products, services, or websites advertised, or for any dealings you have with advertisers. You agree not to block, tamper with, or artificially interact with ads (for example by using click automation). Ads can be removed by upgrading to FiBudget Premium.
FiBudget offers optional paid features ("FiBudget Premium"). All purchases are made through Google Play Billing and are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Full details are set out in the Subscriptions & Purchases section below, which forms part of these Terms.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time. If we make a material change to the price or content of a paid plan, we will notify you in advance as required by Google Play policy, and for subscriptions you will be able to accept the change or cancel before it takes effect.
FiBudget is free to download and use for core expense tracking. The free version is supported by advertisements. Some features are part of FiBudget Premium, an optional paid upgrade.
The exact price, currency, billing period, any discount, and any free-trial length are always shown on the purchase screen inside the app and on the Google Play purchase confirmation dialog before you complete the transaction. Prices vary by country and may include applicable taxes.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per Google Account and starts when the offer is accepted. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Google Play account is charged the displayed price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
You can cancel at any time from Google Play > Subscriptions (or Play Store app > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play refund policy. Refund requests should be submitted through Google Play. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you live in a region with statutory withdrawal or refund rights (for example the EEA or UK), those rights still apply. You may also contact us at contact.fibudget@gmail.com and we will assist where we can.
Sign in to the same Google Account used for the purchase and tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Entitlements are tied to your Google Account, not to a specific device.
If the price of a subscription changes, Google Play will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Premium grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use paid features. It has no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged, and does not include any financial product or service.
